Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes, an American actress, is best known for her portrayals of her character of Dr. Sydney Hansen in the NBC drama "Providence" and as Dr. Lane Hunter in the medical drama 'The Resident. The actress is best-known for portraying the detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama, 'CSI:NY" as she played Dr. Lane Hunter at the medical drama "The Resident.' She also received recognition for her TV debut role in the CBS soap opera Guide Light as Eleni Cooper. A few of her most memorable films consist of "15 Minutes", "Percy Jackson And The Olympians The Lightning Thief" and "Snitch".
